Ever wish you could get that "I just had a really good ride" sore feeling, without putting the extra miles on your horse?
Performance Pilates was designed for just that purpose! Mat workouts you can do at home, with no additional equipment, tailor made for your individual needs as a rider, designed by a professional riding instructor, certified PSC Mat pilates teacher, and lifelong rider.
Common issues like trouble picking up the canter, sitting the trot, difficulty keeping the legs and hands independent all stem from similar trouble areas. Developing a strong core, and working hard to keep it that way, can help riders overcome these challenges.

How It Works
Once enrolled, riders will fill out a questionnaire letting Lyndsey know your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and your current fitness and experience level. You'll also send over a video of you riding along with notes from your riding instructor/trainer about what they're currently working on with you.
From there Lyndsey will develop an exercise routine for you that you'll be able to do anywhere you can set out a yoga mat!
Your monthly plan includes:
3 half hour workouts per week
Unlimited texting support with Lyndsey (questions about form? send a quick message and I'll get back to you within 24 hours!)
A 10 minute warmup to complete before you ride
Membership to a private Facebook Group just for Performance Pilates Members
Purchase additional weekly workouts for only $25
